GENERAL INFORMATION

Travellersclub reserves the right to substitute hotels or to alter sightseeing schedules when necessary. No refund will be given for any unused portions of any tour. Baggage is at the client’s risk throughout any tour program. Travellersclub reserves the right to substitute the type of transportation when operationally necessary.

QUOTATIONS

All quotations given by any staff member of Travellersclub is based on availability and subject to final confirmation upon signature of contract by both parts. Quotations are not guaranteed for any time period unless a request by the client was confirmed in writing by staff member.

HOTELS

  • Double rooms usually provide one Bed, however, rooms with two double bed are available upon request but not guaranteed.
  • Single rooms provide one bed and a triple/quad room provides two double beds.
  • If a rollaway bed is required in triple rooms, there may be a small extra charge which is payable directly to the hotel.
  • For three adults sharing a room, the triple rate per person listed for each tour will be charged.
  • On certain tours, due to hotel policies, quads may not be available.

EXCURSIONS, SIGHTSEEING

  • Availability & Booking
    • All reservations must be made via email
    • All reservations are subject to availability
    • All Changes must be made by email
    • All bookings should have a reservation number

RESPONSIBILITY

  • The suppliers of hotel accommodations for the tour programs are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Travellersclub.
  • By utilizing their services, you agree that neither Travellersclub or any affiliated or subsidiary companies or representatives shall be liable for any accidents.
  • Loss, injury or damage to you or your customers in connections beyond its control including breakdown of equipment, strike, theft, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary or schedules, etc.
  • Remember also that travel documents, including visas, as well as compliance with customs regulations, are the responsibility of the clients.

RATES & ACCOMODATIONS:

  • Rates apply for Group bookings only.
  • Rates are quoted in US Dollar.
  • Featured accommodation are strictly Run-of the house unless otherwise stated.
  • All rates are based on availability and subject to change at anytime.

CANCELLATION EES:

For Hotel accommodations or Packages

  • 91 days before arrival No Charge *
  • Less than 90 TO 31 days 25% *
  • 30 TO 16 days or less 50% *
  • 15 TO 7 Days 75%
  • 6 Days and No Shows 100% total amount *

*In addition to the above all non-recoverable charges by suppliers.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Direct Billing– application is necessary
    • Floating Deposit: An initial floating deposit of $3,000.00 per contract (Unless otherwise agreed) is required with signature of the contract or the booking confirmation. This amount needs to be raised as the booking volume increases. This floating deposit is refundable upon receipt of written request, provided that all payment obligations were met by agency.
    • Customer will be billed with 10 days’ term of payment.
  • Pre-payment
    • If pre-payment is chosen, we will require in-house payment 31 days prior to arrival date of customer or due date of the invoice, whichever comes sooner. In case payment is not received by due date, reservation will be automatically cancelled without any further notification.
    • Pre-payments can be done via wire transfer or via check drawn from US Bank.
  • Credit Card
    • We accept credit card payment for Tour/Excursions/Sightseeing reservations.
    • In the case you pay with credit card, additional 2% of the Price will be added.

Term/Termination

  • The initial term of the contracts shall be for one year for the Effective Date.
  • Thereafter the contract will have to be renewing with a written notice requested to Travellersclub.
  • In addition, Agreement may be terminated by ART in the case of none payment or any situation that is not under these policies, at any time by written notice to the Client.

FIT

FIT BOOKING – DEFINITION

  • FIT booking is any reservation for Individual Travelers of up to 5 rooms or 5 passengers
  • If more than 5 rooms are needed for any type of product, it would represent a Group Booking and must be quoted separately.

Excursions, Sightseeing

    • All reservations are subject to availability.

    • All bookings should have a reservation number.
    • Customers must re-confirm their tour 48 hrs. in advance by calling (305) 949-9180.
    • Based on group size, date of travel and availability, special rates and other conditions may apply.
